Booking
How do I cancel or make a change to my reservation? Is there a fee?
Please review the following information on how you can cancel your car rental reservation. If you are having difficulties canceling online, please consider where you made the booking as that may affect your ability to cancel via the web.
Online: If your reservation was made online you can click the link on our web sites home page that says “Manage Booking”. Complete reservation information you will then see options above and to the right of your reservation information, “Exit, No Changes and Cancel Reservation”.
Contact Center: If you made your reservation through our Contact Center please call us.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for general reservations, and the reservation may be canceled at any time.
Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes we do accept all major credit cards, however as Turkish banks charge a very high commission for foreign credit cards we suggest you pay in cash to avoid surcharges.
What are your renter requirements?
Must meet the renting location’s minimum age requirement of 23.
Have a valid driver’s license
We accept cash deposit. No credit card reqired.
Will Grow Rental Cars match the price I was quoted from a competitor?
Grow Rental Cars does not guarantee that we will match our competitors’ prices.
You are welcome to contact the renting office and discuss rates with us and we may be able to assist you.
Can I request a specific make or model?
All cars are priced, booked and controlled by car category size, not by car make or model.
Vehicle features, seating and luggage capacities are not guaranteed and are subject to manufacturer make and model.
Grow Rental Cars guarantees you will receive a car from the category size you select. We cannot guarantee a particular brand or model.

I decided to book a holiday at last minute and need a car?
Online bookings can normally be made before 24 hours of departure. If you email dalamanairportcarhire@gmail.com, we can check availability and advise promptly.
Is it safe to book online?
Yes it is.
Delivery / Collection
Is your office located at Dalaman airport?
Yes our Office is at car parking area of the Dalaman airport but we meet you at the arrival meeting point with your name on a board 7 days 24 hours.
My flight is delayed what do I do?
Our local representative monitors all incoming flights and will wait for you if your flight is delayed.
What is your petrol policy?
Vehicles are not provided with a full tank of fuel. It is the client’s responsibility to return the vehicle with the same level of petrol. However, on receipt of the vehicle, there will be enough fuel to take you to the petrol station. There is no refund for unused fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less petrol than given on delivery, a charge equivalent in value to the missing fuel will be incurred.
I cannot find my name at the meeting point on arrival?
Please contact the local number or emergency number as specified on the voucher, this is the number for our local representative who will help you.
On Hire
What do I do if I have an issue with the vehicle that I am renting while I still have it?
If your issue is related to a mechanical problem (flat tire, dead battery, accident, etc.) please contact our Roadside Assistance department, details of which will be provide upon vehicle delivery.
If you have an issue that is not mechanical please contact the office that you rented from for assistance.
Am I allowed to tow another vehicle, boat, trailer, etc., behind Grow Rental Cars rental car?
Grow Rental Cars does not allow towing of any kind with rental vehicles.
I had an accident in my rental vehicle what should I do?
If you have an accident in your rental vehicle contact Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, detail s of which will be provided upon vehicle delivery.
Is my pet allowed to travel in the rental car?
Yes, we do allow domesticated pets in vehicles.
Excessive pet hair, soiling or damage caused by animals may result in extra charges.
What is the smoking policy for your rental cars?
All vehicles are non-smoking.
Additional cleaning fees will apply if a vehicle is returned in a condition where it needs to be cleaned and deodorized due to smoking.
If you are in a rental vehicle that seems to have been smoked in, please contact our customer service team.

Grow Rental Cars prides itself on delivering excellent customer service. All customer feedback and concerns are taken seriously. If you are not 100% satisfied with any experience you have had with Grow Rental Cars please let us know.

Does Grow Rental Cars rent Child Safety Seats?
Grow Rental Cars takes child safety and protection very seriously.
Keeping your child safe in the vehicle is one of the most important things you can do, so please consider the following steps when renting a child safety seat:
As the customer, you are responsible for complying with all applicable seat belt and child restraint laws.
The correct and complete manufacturer’s instruction manual will be secured to the child safety seat for your reference. Please advise the rental representative if for some reason the instruction manual is not attached.
Customers must install child safety seats themselves. Employees of Grow Rental Cars may not install the child safety seats; however, we are happy to carry them to your rental vehicle.
Listed below you will find the types and sizes, as classified by the manufacturer, of seats offered (or similar NHTSA DOT approved child restraint systems):
Infant Seat:
Pierre Cardin (Model #22-323) – 5-point harness, designed for children 5-22 lbs. and 19″-22″ in height
Convertible Seat:
Kraft Convertible Car Seat (Model #22-160) – 5-point harness, rear-facing 5-35 lbs, forward-facing 22-40 lbs
High Back Booster:
Baby max Belt-Positioning Booster Car Seat (Model #22-491) – Used with the vehicle lap and shoulder belt, 30-100 lbs
No Back Booster:
Cosco Ambassador No-Back Booster Seat (Model #22-293) – Used with the vehicle lap and shoulder belt, 30-100lbs, 34″-57″ in height
In order to see the cost of the child seat simply go to our homepage and begin the booking process. Once you have selected the location, dates of rental, and the size of the vehicle you will be offered additional equipment. The cost of the child safety seat will show at that time. You may either confirm the reservation or select cancel.
I left an item in my rental vehicle who should I contact?
If you believe that you have left something in your rental car please contact with our Office as soon as possible. We will be happy to assist you
Are my personal details safe?
Grow Rental Cars car hire store your personal details securely on our server and warrant never to provide or disclose your personal details to any other parties (with the exception of for any possible legal and insurance reasons directly related to your car hire). Further, we will never send unsolicited emails or spam. We only send emails as part of the booking process, for necessary communications regarding your car hire.
Is my email address safe?
Yes, it is. Grow Rental Cars car hire will never send unsolicited emails or spam, we store your personal details securely on our server and warrant never to provide or disclose your email address to any other parties. We only send emails as part of the booking process.
